Booked flights for my parents from their own accounts. Both were on the same flight segments and then there was a schedule change putting one on:
LH401 JFK-FRA (16:05-05:45)
OS200 FRA-VIE (08:20-09:45)
OS541 VIE-NAP (12:30-14:05)
and the other on:
LH401 JFK-FRA (16:05-05:45)
OS200 FRA-VIE (08:20-09:45) *waitlisted*
OS539 VIE-NAP (06:35-08:10 on the same day) obviously impossible

Multiple unsuccessful calls to correct the "impossible connection" reservation. Because award space is not available, is it possible to have the agent book the last segment as a revenue flight?
