The two people I know who got it today are approximately 215k LP and 260k LP. Neither are at major hubs, both have credit cards, 80-90+% of their points are from spend on AA metal, all J/F, mostly domestic flights.
For what it's worth - I didn't get anything, either. I passed 800k last week - almost all from AA J/F. Disappointing.
