On about my last dozen domestic flights in F, I've had zero recognition of GS except maybe at boarding (IAH seems to have a GS agent stationed at boarding which is a nice touch) / United Club. The only flight where I had recognition was an E175 where the FA was in training and the lead FA explained what GS meant.

It's frankly pathetic - they have all the info on the phones and can't even greet me by name. As I keep saying, I've had significantly better crews and service on AA for domestic F flights. At least try.
