Economy Comfort on KLM is not a separate fare class on KLM like C+ on Delta, so it's not really considered an "upgrade". Only VS has an equivalent to C+ which is a separate fare class (Economy Delight). VS neither offers comp upgrades to it's own elites, nor partners, to Economy Delight. In general, partners do not offer comp upgrades to higher classes of service other than AM.
