Not sure what might differ on your end, but for a DP: I was able to load $3600 of Staples BHN VGCs to my Amazon account (FYI bought 7/25 and I loaded them to Amazon 8/1) - I didn’t try to use them as payment directly for placing orders, but rather used them to buy Amazon Reload to have them added to my gift card account balance, and that worked fine (have spent them all already and no issues with the orders placed). Noting: my Amazon account will only let me add 6 new credit/debit cards at a time, then I think I had to wait 1-2 hours to add more, so just had to do a few rounds that day to get them all in. But was a decent way to get these VGCs used up for organic spend at least
Not sure how you got it to work.
I cannot use BHN VGCs at Amazon via balance reload or direct payment for an item. I've tried both the $200 and $500 variants. The CSR told me that Amazon is just a prohibited vendor. Absolute bs for them to prohibit me from using a Visa Gift Card at the biggest vendor in the world.
