I have stayed there a few times a year for about 20 years. It is a little dated, but upgrades are generous ( presidential
suite a few times). They closed the lounge during Covid, and when I was there in Feb it had not re-opened.
Lounge offerings are now in the lobby lounge. Service is usually good - I've had some hiccups if you check
the master thread.
I like the location, which is important in Jakarta traffic.
