Delta does provide DMs with a decent amount of beverage certs for when you are not seated in F or C+. Delta also has the most restrictive advanced booking policy for C+, allowing more space to be available for DM's. Note that UA provides neither free drinks nor upgraded snacks for Economy Plus, and AA only provides free drinks plus pretzels and biscoff. I realize that C+ is not always available but it often is for DMs and its better than either competitor.
