The situation with Lufthansa isn't quite the same here. After the incident happened over a year ago, I submitted a small claim in May, got a CCJ, and forwarded it to Lufthansa. They're still claiming that the incident is under investigation. Now, I'm waiting for the 14 days to pass to decide whether to escalate it to the SOP or involve bailiffs.
Did they even respond to the court claim? LH appointed Solicitors to respond to mine and have until 4pm tomorrow. Although usually in this situations they leave it until the last minute to respond.
