Flying ORD-TLV in Premium Plus a few days ago, in row 22 (last row of PP - where choice of meals is always at risk!). FA wheeled the cart up to the front of the cabin, consulted her iphone, then came back to me, addressed me by name and thanked me for being a 1K then asked me what I wanted of the choices available. She then went back to the first row and started serving (she didn't actually bring me anything at that time, but obviously reserved what I wanted for me).

Other than confusing my seat-mate as to why he hadn't been asked what he wanted, it was well done. Same process for the 2nd meal. Towards the end of the flight the purser also came by to say hello and thank me for being a 1K.

In general I'd say I'm >50% for being thanked - at least on flights where there is at least a snack service so they are already consulting their devices. For the first time in a long while I even had a FA pro-actively offer me a free snack recently based on my status.
