I suppose the only one you are having troubles with are YR/YQ and Sabre. YR/YQ are airline-imposed surcharges (most of which is fuel surcharge). Sabre is a global distribution system / computer reservation system used by some travel agencies as well as, within oneworld, AA and AS.
