I did see that info on the Latam website today but I also know how strict Qantas reception desk staff can be when one is trying to get into the lounge. Have seen people turned away for whatever reason and want to avoid that embarrassment at all costs so thought I'd check on this forum if anyone else has had issues there but I do agree with you that according to Latam should be no problem to access lounge.
