I know in the past Qantas lounge has always required a codeshare ticket to be a QF but I have never flown with Latam previously so do not know the rules re this. One thing I do know is that if flying on Latam on a QF ticket I do get access but the reward seats available are only LA - So do I miss out on Lounge access?
If not does business class LA Latam Business Class ticket get you into any lounge pre departure?
So a QF award SYD-AKL on LATAM.?
Since LATAM left Oneworld alliance lounge access has been confusing for some combinations of ticketing/fare class/status.
My understanding is you would get lounge access based on class of travel (business)

Award flights are almost always the operating airline prime flight number. Not a QF codeshare.
Are a few minor exceptions with some south pacific flights-airlines (TN
