Yeah, when I went up to the 5th floor JAL's Salon last month I was one of only 3 passengers in there, very quiet. But the dining area of the main lounge was packed as usual, I was just going to get some sushi and go to CX anyway, but they've changed up the sushi menu and wasn't to my liking so just left and ate at CX. Good idea about the Red Suite to coax some more people to that area.
