it was totally unclear what happened but the RAT would have clawed back a bonus for gaming.
Total closure > maybe related to the AU account (wild guess listed as an employee of a non existing business).
Or he did some other “abuse” spending , getting MR, drawing down the MR (you notice he never complained about the lost MR) and then had returns/refunds that probably got him into very red MR amounts (possibly perceived as fraudulent)…..
But 6 cards …. Child’s play
