The new member sign up 1,000 miles was last year; this is essentially a public offer for everyone who has accounts linked. I got the original ‘order twice, get 1,000 miles’ followed by the ‘order 3x, get 1,000 miles’ miles within a day of completing each offer, as did others in the SkyMiles Life FB group.
