Reps have told me "we're still learning" and "this is all new to each of us." Seems like once it kicks in it's fairly automatic, but the transactions posting right as it supposed to "turn on" are really inconsistent for me (whether the bonus properly posted for me or not).
I received the email from AA last Saturday (8/27) that I had unlocked the 20% bonus. As far as I could tell I didn't need to do anything to activate this like the other LC awards (15k, etc). I did activate my Avis PPlus. I have made 6 purchases through the portal since then, starting 8/28 through yesterday, one is confirmed and the rest are pending, none of them reflect the 20% bonus. Is the bonus supposed to be applied to each individual purchase? Or is it applied as a bonus that rolls in once per month? Hoping I don't have to contact CS for each purchase... The bolded above makes it sound like you've contacted AAdvantage CS for this, not Cartera? I have had pretty good success with Cartera CS for missing/incorrect LP's, but a pain nonetheless.

Yeah, ideally you'd get one and 185 days later get the other, but that's a tough goal to manage
I assume this means once you hit 100k, the 20% simply changes to 30%, they are not additive... Seems obvious that's how it would work but just making sure.
