Both were from payusatax.com (other tax payment providers seemed to work).
All three are for payusatax.com:
end-May, tax payment DID count as eligible, bonus posted no issues
mid-June for a business platinum, tax payment didn't count as eligible, bonus didn't post and i missed the window
mid-Aug for a business gold, tax payment didn't count as eligible, i am still within eligible window so I will do some other spending
In all cases I asked chat what the system shows as my eligible spend, and the number they gave me was exactly the amount if i didn't include this particular transaction.
I would like to have data points from someone who specifically used payusatax.com and their payment counted as eligible in the last couple months. or any positive datapoints from other providers.
I think there is a post somewhere about making sure the specific charge that meets the spend requirement being eligble. Were the two payments that did not count as bonus the charge that met the spend requirement? I believe this particular spend is manually reviewed. Whoever reviewed might not have agreed with it.
