Are BA staff still Monitoring this site
In the past a private message to the BA Exec Club member on here has been of great benefit and I am sure like me many really appreciated their help.
Do BA Exec Club staff they still monitor this site? I have Tier points and Avios miles not posting and I have been unable to get a reply via PM.
