Over hundreds of stays whenever I try to get a mobile key I get a message saying the hotel is processing the key. I’ve had it come through a total of ZERO times. Whenever I inquire the hotel says they “don’t do that here”. So why does Marriott continue to promise the mobile key when zero properties participate? Why do they promise it at known non-participating properties? Has anyone anywhere ever had a mobile key come through at a Marriott? Other hotel?
