IADdelayed - thanks for the photos! I didn't have a window seat on Dreamliner trip to Australia so I knew about the windows but didn't have that first hand experience. Both shots are really nice - I mean the blue does give it a certain . . artistic look? And thanks UA_flyer for the info about the space under the footrest and that little side slot which I have found helpful on the 767 . . . that was one thing about my foray into Detlta/Virgin - the seats where those slanted ones like on Air New Zealand and the storage was tight. Delta, If I recall correctly, had none. Virgin had some under the footrest. My FRA-EWR Dreamliner "experience" will be almost 9 hours - 2 weeks after the 777 so I'll have a good comparison. It was NOT a Dreamliner when I booked it . . . and who knows what will happen between now and December. Thanks to all for the info.
