Thanks for that. I'm a bit loath to call it in, as the last time I did so for a complex itinerary it was stuffed up by the agent, which caused me even more grief.
So I've taken an alternative approach, revised my itinerary and purchased a discounted revenue fare on SQ.
I'll keep my miles for a simpler itin in the future.
