The Prince is a much, much, much, MUCH nicer property in all respects - the location, the sleeping rooms, the common areas, etc.

Unless the DT is nearly sold out, I doubt the prices at the 2 hotels will be nearly the same. My guess is you'll have to end up paying at least $50 more per night to stay at the Prince (well worth it, IMO).
