So, the background for why I asked the question: I’m currently staying at the swan, and the Mears bus for Animal Kingdom blew right pass the swan bus stop without slowing down, let alone stopping. They had their AK sign turned on and drove directly past the stop in the stop lane (he lane they would use to stop and pick up passengers).
I was pretty annoyed, so I went to the front desk and let a lovely lady there know what happened. She was shocked as well and got the Manager on Duty. He said they’d talk to Mears, and that I should take an Uber and they’d credit my account for the expense. This was fine with me, but it struck me as sort of odd that they wouldn’t just have someone run me to AK in one of their cars. It’s not like I wanted to go to Daytona Beach or something 😀
Anyway, I hope they whine at Mears about the service. I’m not sure why they bounced back to Mears again. Mears doesn’t have a great service record.
