Heads up that Mileage Upgrade Awards (MUA) from Premium to Upper Class on VS operated/DL marketed are showing as 85,000 miles each way now under a new guide the agents have that took effect on 23 August as well. If that's the case, this upgrade type has gone the way of all the others. Sad, indeed.
I have had this reply from two different chat agents, partner support, and global ticketing support... unless someone knows of another way to try to get the old 25k miles award...
