Had a recent flight from LCY in CE and the meal came with wooden cutlery. I asked the cabin crew if this was the new norm and was told metal cutlery is only available on request. In fairness when I asked for it she did provide metal cutlery. Appreciate this really does fall into first world problems but surely this can’t be a new policy?

Not directly related to this but what has happened to the BACF crew? I always found them consistently the best in the BA network but over my last few flights they had ranged from poor to atrocious.
