Taxis rate is about ¥23,000, so we prefer to hire our own.

Coming in to NRT at that time is very challenging -- and that price is actually quite reasonable considering the current exchange rate and the one hour plus drive.... During COVID the only choice for us was a private car home (due to quarantine rules) - and we paid way ore than that....

We always take the Limousine bus to TCAT / Tokyo Station and then catch a taxi -- which of course is much cheaper....
