If your password got changed twice, that's pretty interesting.

I'm sure there are a lot of possibilities, but here are some:

-easy password to guess
-someone at Chase is screwing around
-someone is in your email
-someone is in your password manager
-you reset your password to the same password after the first change

Could any of those be the case? I guess #2 wouldn't be something you'd know about, but the others?
