London Gatwick to Kos on Friday 1 September with BA Euroflyer (not Avion). Sat on the ground 55 mins waiting for a slot and then off and immediately into food service. Both crew in CE were surly and disengaged from the start. No menus, food was served and coffee/tea offered as they cleared away and then they sat down for the entirety of the flight. Not a single bar serving done other than to those of us that got up to ask. My husband asked for a glass of champagne and the female crew couldn't have been more grouchy if she had tried. When it was clear she only had enough for half a glass and had to open a bottle, he then decided he would have one too and asked her for two. The look she gave him was priceless. Probably our worst ever flight (including other airlines). Food was pretty disgusting in taste and was barely warm. However, we are here now and the sun hasn't stopped shining and the beer is ice cold!

The poached eggs looked nice but the insides had literally been vapourised into air.
