Agree 100%.
I just flew AA t-con in J yesterday, the breakfast was amazing. On the side, AA serves Kerrygold butter and Bonne Mamam jam - you'll never see that kind of quality on UA. I hesitate to pay for F though, the padding on the seats is very tired and my last couple flights the seat was not comfortable. The J seats are holding up much better.
From SFO, AA's pricing is also much more attractive. You can really see the hub-captive impact on price on SFO-EWR vs. AA SFO-JFK.
