If the price is your primary deciding factor, I suggest that you book a flexible rate very well ahead. As a low-end IHG property, the hotel caters to the river cruise audience and sometimes is available only at ridiculous prices. On multiple occasions I was faced with >250€ per night for a standard room, sometimes even completely booked out. Given the bad reviews on TripAdvisor and the lack of gym, I would rather opt for the Crowne Plaza (for roughly 120€ per night and far superior loyalty treatment).
