Af73: Lax-cdg

Hi all,

Just came off AF73 from LAX. Was so glad that it was the new PE - and what a difference it is compared to the horrible shell seat.
Boarded to a nice surprise - a welcome card at my seat. Interestingly it was written in Dutch, but none of the crew onboard spoke Dutch (as usually announced by the crew the languages spoken onboard).
I did get a welcome greeting too from the Y Purser - although this time no pre-boarding drink. Also I had issues with my entertainment system where the mouse cursor did not dissapear, reported it to the purser, he did a system reset, but when I informed that it did not help, no further support provided. I did not bother too much as it was a night flight.
Crew in general was nice - especially the one serving my aisle, but other then that, no additional recognition onboard.

Initially I was informed at check-in that the seat next to me was free - but in the end it was sold to some upgraded pax. Her other half was in business - so seems like she had more special treatment compared to me - where she was brought a cheese plate (send from her partner seated in business, a business breakfast dish and later on, pulled forward to be with her partner in business when disembarking).

Cheers!
