Very much so

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked Queen Bed Standard, upgraded to Junior Suite overlooking Burg square

How are the rooms?
Loved having the space and the view. Nespresso machine. Two TVs. Safe, Separate toilet and bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space. However, the rooms are slightly tired.

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?
Really welcoming check-in and was able to get to room by 2:30pm. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the Diamond amenity and I wasn't given the breakfast vouchers (there's obviously inconsistency across hotels whether you need vouchers or not so I didn't question) - this caused an issue on check-out as breakfast had been charged to my account.
Staff generally very good - although trying to get my breakfast issue resolved could have been better.
Amazing location right in the centre
Small pool on the 8th floor
Great breakfast
TVs said they had Airplay but it was actually Chromecast, although I couldn't get that to work
Air-conditioning in the room wouldn't get as cold as I'd like
The shower was over the bath and the side of the bath was very high

Value for $ or IHG One Reward Points? Would you return?
Very good value. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times but not for many years. Will definitely return
