A great guide, and I have but two questions

A) I'm going to be silver soon, so what do I say to the Lounge Dragons - point to my guest and say "I'm guesting him in"?

B) Can I guest in non BA lounges such as at Amsterdam (when its finished refurbing) or Palma?
