No intra-Ohio service these days that I’m aware of. There was a time where there was, when DL had the hub at CVG** and CO had the hub in CLE. I have CLE-CVG, DAY-CVG, and CLE-DAY lines on my FlightMemory map and CMH had service to CLE and CVG and I know at one point TOL had service to CVG (not sure about CLE) but of course those days are long gone.
**Before some smart-aleck says it, yes technically a flight from Ohio to CVG isn’t intra-state since CVG is in Kentucky but the city it serves is in Ohio.
