Did you apply PlusPoints to the reservation/segment? That gets in the way of the instant UG. The segment is CPU allowable, right?
Otherwise, look at your reservation. It should show "instant upgrade" or something and you have to press the button. if it says that standard CPU requested boilerplate, then I don't know what to say other than call again.
