Need to check out early on a points and money reservation, Hampton S Kingston RI. The property manager said she’s fine with it but she can’t touch my points, only the Honors rep can do it. The Honors reps (I called twice) said only property manager can do it.
I’m out of time so will likely lose the points.
Any ideas?
