On balance I concur, but it isn't quite so one-sided in my view, having split a 5 hour layover between the two lounges recently (because the CX lounge doesn't open until 4 hours before the first flight of the day).
Frankly, I find the chairs more comfortable in the FL (of which I was the only customer when I was there); the CX chairs are all too "square" for my liking. And the FL has the advantage of restrooms within the lounge suite.
But on the other hand the CX internet connection is much much faster and much more stable than the AA one, which frequently locks up for a minute or so with no DNS.
The food is marginally better in the CX lounge - but you don't want to have much of it if you're following it with CX F inflight. But on the day I was there I preferred the wines in the FL - the CX reds seem to be more attuned to the typical Asian palette: a little too sweet and light on tannin for my taste.
Not for me, but the FL also has a smoking room, which the CX F lounge doesn't.
