The Q70 is great, and mass transit to LGA is much better than it was 20 years ago, when all buses were local buses and the M60 was the fastest.

I still think that LGA needs a rail connection; even if it’s not faster than the E train and Q70, the “highways” to LGA are frequently really congested and an AirTrain would provide an alternative to sitting in traffic.
