Back in the day, there used to be quite a bit.

I remember when YYZ-ORD was all mainline. Many 737-300/-500, but also 757s on some frequencies. Of course, that was (way...) pre-merger, so the flights to IAH/EWR (and probably had CLE, too) weren't UA, SFO was 2x (and kind of on and off again). And I think there might have been a YYZ-LAX...at some point? They also had consistent flight numbers....ORD-YYZ-ORD, for example, were the low 1100's (IIRC).
