First time redeeming IC weekend night and I am currently in IC montreal and the lady behind checkin has no idea what needs to be done to apply complementary night. She is asking me for some code which she thinks I should get when clicking Reedem reward. But what that does is just take me to the booking page to book ambassador rate. Any ideas what should I expect the receptionist should do to apply the complementary night?
