As I recall, the instructions were right on the back of the certs. It may very well have been a case, though, that those were assuming a certain user interface that no longer existed in that same form.

In any case, for 20% is was a nice deal even if I bought a few too many. But with 10% and current interest rates I would not buy more than I could reasonably use within a year.

But back on topic, I should probably do the math and see if I could use some points …
