In August I flew ORD-BRU in Polaris (paid $375 to upgrade my mileage ticket to PremPlus and then used PlusPoints).

The menu offered (and served) was marked "IAH-MUC and SFO-Europe". Yet they used it on ORD-Europe as well. This was mid-August so I don't think it was related to running out of options at the end of the month.

I ate absolutely nothing on the flight as all of the options for dinner and breakfast were gross and I had just eaten in the Polaris Lounge. I decided to grab a snack at the SN lounge in BRU instead on arrival.
