...no one has ever characterized car rental companies with respect to their rentals as "
free wheeling" (no pun there) and willing to have a customer return a car when they feel like it...whatever advice you might get here or elsewhere (or
even
from your rental car customer service agent who is renting you the car),
won't be clothed in anything approaching certainty
with regard what you will ultimately be charged for your free wheeling nature...
...and that includes having any certainty whatsoever if you return a car early, or throw the dice what the cost will be if your free wheeling nature decides an extension is in order... come to Vegas and spin the roulette wheel, your odds are better as to knowing what will happen
