Does the tent have a separate vestibule, rain fly, ground cover, that you can remove and transport in a separate bag to get the weight of each bag down under 32kg? 40kg is quite some tent.
Its ridiculous, trying to get it into the loft was a mission in itself!
I may try and cut it in half for 2 x 3 man tents!
Just building up the courage to get it out of the loft to see what can be done.
