To be fair - you’d have to be extremely short to lie flat in 3 economy seats even curled up. As a normal sized male that sounds dreadful. Maybe a short female can pull that off?
I have a few times managed with 3 across at 1.85m height. It's not ideal, but it's not bad, and it's certainly better than the domestic F recliner.
As covered quite thoroughly already, the real problem is the lack of certainty in getting that many seats to yourself.
