After logging into your Mileage Plan Account , you have choice in upper left drop down to select Overview , Trips, Discounts etc.
Click on Payments and discounts . Below Wallet is Discounts. Left side will show Guest Upgrades -Valid .Click on that and it shows availability with expiration date.
