You did not specify the incoming/outgoing carriers, but a quick check shows the Minimum Connection Time
at ICN for I-I flights in general is 1:30.

Seoul requires a long walk to the transit area, then a security check. It would be tight.

I would like either longer transit time, or else be certain that there will be a later flight that you can get on
if you misconnect. Remember, a 30 minute delay for any flight is not uncommon these days.
