When Delta first announced the building of the new terminal at Logan there was "talk" of them starting non-stops flights to Rome and Dublin as they were touting a complete Delta package out of Boston ... Delta, Delta Shuttle, Song and then international (they used to fly to London Gatwick but stopped a few years back). However, American has now announced non-stop service from Boston to Dublin as of this summer, and Alitalia began Boston to Rome seasonal service last summer. It'll be interesting to see if AA and AZ have scared DL away from those international routes.
