i have a memory of reading a thread before which said booking.com was not valid for Hilton honours program but did a search and can’t find it. I try to get my company to book me at a Hilton when I can and it looks as if the reservation I am on today is booking .com made which hasn’t happened before. I am at Toronto and got a fairly frosty greeting on arrival with absolute clarity that it is booking.com and no points. So I accepted that. I am gold status and thought I could still access some privileges. I asked for a late check out and they offered me an extra 30 minutes and no room upgrade or breakfast. Could you knowledgeable people remind me what the booking.com restrictions are. I am now thinking i should switch chain in future if booking.com negates all privileges and try some other hotel programmes.
