A TK ticket from the US or to the US has 2 baggage allowance. If a TK CS agent specifically looked at your reservation and it also says so in the app then it seems you have 2 pieces of baggage for your flight and you have nothing to worry about. Take a picture of the allowance in the app if any problem occur.

In addition, "1 cabin" baggage usually means 1 hand luggage which actually means for TK, one trolley and one personal item such as a computer bag.
